Cooling Solutions for demanding 48V telecom and industrial application
In recent years, in telecom base stations and industrial applications have been gradually switched from 12V and 24V systems to 48V systems in order to reduce current and improve energy efficiency. 48V systems have higher voltage but lower current, which effectively reduces power consumption and improves efficiency. In addition, the 48V system simplifies the power supply architecture and reduces the construction and operating costs of the equipment.
In 2018, inergy has introduced the 48V single-phase motor drive solution into the cooling system of worldwide knowned companies. The mass production and reliability have been highly appreciated by our customers. In response to the increasing demand for 48V cooling system, inergy introduce iU6369 advanced 3-phase BLDC motor driver with built-in current amplifier, programmable blocking and restart function. The product is ideal for driving the 40mm fan at 48V. This helps to improve the energy efficiency, and enable miniaturisation of the applications. To further improve the efficiency, inergy introduces iM1716 compact 100V P/N MOSFET, which is designed for cooling fan, suitable for telecom base station and industrial applications, with higher withstand voltage and lower on-resistance, and packaged in two chips, with a small size of PDFN3.3x3.3. The compact size of PDFN3.3x3.3 makes it suitable for system with compact design. In the future, we will continue to expand our product lineup for telecom and industrial applications to contribute to the energy issue.
