inergy Technology believes its corporate influence can enhance communication and dialogue across industries. It actively participate in relevant industry fairs to stay informed about international trends, risks, and opportunities. It regugularly attend seminars, advocate for regulations, provide policy advice, engage in industry alliances, and gather insights for government reference.inergy Technology adheres to the Political Donation Act, its Internal Code of Conduct for Business Integrity, and the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles, with a dedicated unit and reporting channel for handling integrity and legal violation.

Sustainability Supply Chain

To prevent dishonest business activities, inergy Technology has established the "Supplier management practice" and "Customer Credit Operation Management" as the foundation for conducting customer credit checks and evaluating suppliers. While no specific regulations currently require suppliers to adhere to environmental, safety, or labor rights standards, inergy Technology will terminate relationships with suppliers that significantly impact the environment or society. Starting in 2024, it will require suppliers to follow the Human Rights and Environmental Sustainability Commitment Letter and the Supplier Behavior Guidelines. These guidelines, aim to ensure a safe working environment, protect employee rights, promote environmental protection, and prevent corruption. It has also established "Outsourcing Management Procedures" and "Environmental Substance Management Procedures" to regulate and sustain supplier compliance.

By the end of 26th April 2024 suppliers had signed a commitment to follow the code, which will become a mandatory requirement for all qualified suppliers.
